Charter Menus


The Prairie Lily is pleased to offer the following catering menu for you to select from for your private dinner cruise.

Meals generally include your choice of starter salad, potato, vegetable, dessert, and coffee – all priced with full table service and, of course, the cruise! This can be made available to groups over 25 people. Advance arrangements must be made. We can accommodate these events seven days a week as the ship is available.

Dinner Cruise Menu
Greek Chicken Breasts - Our most popular meal! $49
Chicken Tarragon - Simmered in our Chef’s own Tarragon Sauce. $52
Lasagna Dinner - Prepared meat sauce and Garlic Toast. A vegetarian option is available. $48
Roast Beef - A tender cut of beef served in its own juice. $50
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - Served with cranberry and bread stuffing. $50
Prime Rib Dinner - A slow oven roasted succulent 8oz Angus cut. $62
Teriyaki Chicken Breast - seasoned in our Chef's own teriyaki sauce. $54
Grilled Kabobs - Served on a bed of Pilaf Rice. $52
Mystique BBQ Ribs - Tender rack of St. Louis Ribs brushed with BBQ Sauce. $62
Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon - Served with a Green Peppercorn Sauce. $69

Please note that our ship has a service galley, which means meals are prepared off the ship and only "finished" onboard. Meals are served banquet style where all your guests enjoy the same selection.
